We’re providing these as “guides” to help you navigate your Green River experience, but all policies are subject to change. Please check back to the website regularly for any updates. Can I come watch the balloon launches without a festival pass? 
The early morning balloon launches are open to the public. Besides that, you'll need a festival pass to watch and participate in the balloon launches.

When will balloon launches take place? 
Balloon launches will happen in the evening on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and in the morning on Saturday and Sunday. 

Where can I make reservations for balloon rides? 
You may make your balloon reservation via The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce: (413) 773-5463 or via email fccc@franklincc.org.  Each reservation includes a 1 day festival pass.

How long do full balloon rides last?
The full balloon rides last about an hour.

How much do full balloon rides cost? 
The full balloon rides are sold at $225/person in advance, and includes a 1 day pass to the festival. They can also be purchased at the festival for $250. 

What if I don't want to go on a full balloon ride? 
There will be tethered balloon rides available on the field, weather permitting. They are about a 5 minute ride and can be purchased that day on the field. Tethered rides are $10 for kids and $15 for adults.

How are the landings?
The landings are soft and pleasant.
