We want to make each and every experience at Green River Festival a successful and positive one. We are continually learning and building ways to make our festival more accessible. If you see a gap or missing piece, please reach out to us at and we will take every effort to address your need.
Is GRF wheelchair-accessible?
Yes, but please be aware that our entire festival grounds in on grass, with the one exception being Food Truck Lane on pavement. There is ample handicapped parking, and we invite all patrons to drop off visitors near the front gate on the traffic circle.
Where is accessible parking located?
Accessible parking is located in Lot A in the area closest to the front gate. See below map for reference.
Is there an accessible viewing area for each stage?
Yes, there are accessible viewing areas for each stage. You are allowed 2 (two) people to accompany you to the accessible viewing areas. Those two people do not have to remain the same throughout the day/weekend and can be switched out. Each person must have a pass to enter the festival.
The Main Stage: A section is roped off to the public by the sound board.
Second Stage: TBD
Third Stage: The third stage is seated under a tent. We will have an area roped off for the accessible viewing area.
Are there clean, accessible bathrooms?
Yes, there are accessible bathrooms in both restrooms areas on festival grounds. In previous years, we've run into issues with the accessible bathrooms being open to the public, which poses a health risk. We are addressing this issue and will have a working solution for 2018. If you have any specific questions regarding clean, accessible bathrooms, please contact us at the address listed at the bottom of this page.
